입찰참가자격등록규정개정_서식

[별지 제1호 서식(제13조 제3항)]

지사 등록 이행각서 본 법인은 본사외 지사에 대해 입찰참가자격을 등록함에 있어서 본사 책임하에 신청할 것이며, 이에 따른 지사의 모든 입찰 및 계약 행위가 본사의 책임 하에 이루어지는 것임을 확약합니다. 아울러, 만약 지사등록 이후 지사의 원인 제공으로 인하여 부정당업자 제재처분을 받게 되는 경우 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제76조에 따라 당연히 법인(본사․지사를 모두 포함) 자체에 대하여 부정당업자로 입찰참가자격 제한을 받는 것을 인정하며 이의를 제기하지 않을 것임을 각서로서 확약합니다. 등록지사명(사업자등록번호) : 20 년 월 일 법인(본사)명 : 대표자 : (인) 첨부 1. 법인등기부등본 또는 정관 1부 2. 법인(본사)인감증명서 1부

* 등록하고자 하는 지사는 법인등기부등본에 등재 또는 정관에 명시되어 있는 지의 여부를 확인하고 등록하며, 등록규정 제14조제2항에 따라 첨부서류 중 등록담당공무원이 정보통신망을 통하여 확인이 가능한 경우 별도로 제출하지 않아도 되나, 전산장애 등의 사유로 확인할 수 없을 때에는 제출을 요청할 수 있습니다.
